Sandra Felli, Founder
Sandra is a mother to two beautiful daughters, both of whom were in childcare full time at very young ages and are now both successful in their individual pursuits.
It was through her experiences Sandra developed a passion to provide all children the very best possible care, giving each child unconditional love, security and a family away from home, along with the highest quality education that inspires the child and creates a love of learning in continuum.
For Sandra, ‘inspiring young minds’ to create leaders of tomorrow is more than just learning. It’s setting the environment in which the security derived by a child through individual care, love, attention and fun creates confidence that engages the child to explore and learn.
Anmol Lohia, Centre Director & Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Anmol commenced her journey at Bambini while the centre was still under construction about 14 years ago.
Her passion for early education stems from her belief in the importance of developing dispositions and love for life-long learning.
Angela Tran, Grandi (Pre-Kindergarten) Room Leader
Educational Leader & ECT
Angela is a university qualified Early Childhood Teacher. She believes that as a teacher she is privileged to have the opportunity to not only champion children, but to also enable them to be the most inquisitive, motivated, compassionate and mindful versions of themselves.
Carmel, Felice (Preschool) Room Leader
RAP & Sustainability Officer
Carmel has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and over 25 years of industry experience. She has been at Bambini for over seven of those years and leads our Reconciliation Action Plan Committee and implements many sustainability initiatives as the Sustainability Officer at Bambini.
Jenny Tilocca, Piccolini (Baby) Room Leader
Risk Management Officer
Jenny has been at Bambini for over 13 years. She has two young children of her own and is passionate about the learning, nurture and care for babies.
Iwona Tesorini (Toddlers) Room Leader
Library Officer
Iwona has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has been at Bambini for over three years. As an educator, she enjoys liaising and building relationships with families, so that genuine partnerships are created and maintained.
Iwona says, “I love working with such a wonderful team. The fun, positive work culture makes coming to work such an enjoyable experience, and I also appreciate the flexibility in my role.”
Michelle, Office Administrator
Michelle is our Office Administrator and she loves greeting our smiling families.
“I love receiving spontaneous hugs from the children as I enter their room or the playground. I’ve met so many wonderful families and I love building relationships with them.”
Michelle helps with the arrival of families at the door, enrolments and administration. She loves the dedication of the entire team and strives to work hard in every task that she does.
When Michelle is not working, she loves cooking, going to the gym and walking.
Andrea Early Childhood Educator
Andrea loves working with the team at Bambini Early Learning. The fun, warm environment and seeing the children’s faces make coming to work each day a joy.
“I love starting the day with our daily morning group time. I enjoy creating meaningful experiences. I’m constantly motivated to be a better educator every day.
It feels wonderful knowing that I have opportunities to teach something new to the children and equip them with the important skills they need for the future.”
She loves the supportive culture and the philosophy at Bambini Early Learning.
When she’s not engaging with little ones, Andrea loves yoga and dancing.
June, Early Childhood Educator
June loves everything about Bambini Early Learning, but it’s the culture that stands out to her the most.
“Anmol is very supportive and caring. It’s amazing to see some of the educators who have been working here for more than 10 years and their passion and love towards the children are inspiring.
I love that the culture at Bambini is all about inclusion. They are all very supportive, open to listening and reliable.”
June spends a lot of time with the children following their routines and planning amazing experiences for learning and engagement. She always looks forward to the precious moments she will experience and share with the children every day.
When she’s not playing with the children, June loves playing touch football, playing the violin and cooking Korean dishes.
Grace, Early Childhood Educator
As a childcare educator, Grace loves getting the opportunity to teach and interact with children of all ages and backgrounds. And working with the staff at Bambini Early Learning makes coming into work that much more enjoyable.

In her spare time, Grace loves the smell of a good coffee, drawing, reading, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Fanny, Early Childhood Educator
Fanny loves creating meaningful connections with the children at Bambini Early Learning. As she watches them grow and develop, she feels rewarded and excited about their bright futures.
“Seeing the children’s happy faces is such a great feeling. I love being able to watch them grow and learn something new every day.”
Fanny enjoys developing supportive relationships with the team and loves the fun atmosphere at Bambini Early Learning. She spends a lot of time interacting with the children and teaching them skills like reading, painting, attending to their food and organising activities.
Fanny also loves cooking and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
Patrycja, Early Childhood Educator
Inspiring young minds is at the heart of everything we do. And for Patrycja, she was inspired by her preschool teacher to study early childhood education… and to this day, she’s still inspired to make a difference in children’s lives.
Originally from Poland, Patrycja strives to bring the same sense of warmth and acceptance that she admired from her preschool teacher all those years ago into Bambini Early Learning.
“I love working with children because they help me see things from a new and refreshing perspective. The team is so supportive and collaborative and I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. They’re always encouraging me to do my best.
The most enjoyable part of my job is watching the children’s learning become evident. It’s truly a rewarding feeling.”
She loves the welcoming and open atmosphere at Bambini and the constant thrill of adventure.
When Patrycja isn’t engaging with the children, she enjoys swimming, exercising and learning how to play the guitar.

Brie, Early Childhood Educator
For Brie, working at Bambini Early Learning is an absolute pleasure. She loves the genuine support and opportunities for development that she can always rely on.

Brie loves spending time with the children. She provides intentional teaching and school readiness experiences so the children are set up for big school and beyond. She focuses on the children’s interests and goals and loves having meaningful conversations throughout the day.
“I love seeing the children in the morning; they’re so excited to see you. Developing these meaningful relationships with the children and their families is the best feeling in the world and why I love my job.”
Relationships are so important to Brie that even in her spare time, she focuses on spending time with family and friends.
Julia, Early Childhood Educator
Working at Bambini Early Learning is a fun adventure for Julia. She loves the variety and nature of her role.
