Carmel, Felice (Preschool) Room Leader
RAP & Sustainability Officer
Carmel has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and over 25 years of industry experience.
She has been at Bambini for over seven of those years. She leads our Reconciliation Action Plan Committee and implements many sustainability initiatives as the Sustainability Officer at Bambini.
Carmel has travelled and explored the world far and wide, and this is how she came to discover that helping children excel and grow is indeed her true passion.
Her mantra is, “To inspire young minds is to inspire the future.”
“Mana Whenua – Mana Tangata – Mana Aki,” says Carmel. “It means ‘Care for the land – care for the people – share the surplus’.”
